Job Description

  • Sales ResponsibilitiesMeet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Promote and sell electronic products (mobile phones, laptops, home appliances, accessories, industrial electronics, etc.).
  • Identify and approach new customers and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product demonstrations.
  • Process orders and coordinate deliveries.
  • Marketing ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Promote products through social media, email marketing, and local advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Organize promotional events, product launches, and exhibitions.
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
  • Customer ServiceResolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
