Assistant Facility Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the complete operations of a residential apartment. The candidate will be responsible for managing both soft and technical services, ensuring smooth functioning, safety, and high resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall facility operations of the apartment
• Handle both soft services (housekeeping, security, landscaping) and technical services (STP, WTP, DG, electrical, plumbing)
• Supervise site team including supervisors, technicians, and housekeeping staff
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of all equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors
• Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain reports, MIS, and compliance records
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and inventory
• Ensure safety standards and statutory compliance

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Facility Management (Residential preferred)
• Strong knowledge of technical systems (STP, WTP, DG, HVAC, Electrical)
• Good team handling and communication skills
• Ability to manage client/resident expectations

Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
• Facility Management experience is mandatory
