Sales Executive

Location: North Bangalore (Field Sales)

Botaniclay & Bricks LLP is a premium landscaping company specializing in landscape design, softscape, hardscape, terrace gardens, rooftop landscaping, and outdoor living spaces. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business leads through field visits, references, architects, builders, developers, and individual homeowners.

* Meet potential clients and understand their landscaping requirements.

* Conduct site visits and coordinate with the design team.

* Prepare quotations and follow up with clients until project closure.

* Build long-term relationships with architects, builders, and corporate clients.

* Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/lead status.

* Coordinate with execution teams to ensure smooth project handover after project confirmation.

* Represent the company professionally during client meetings.

Eligibility

* 3–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.

* Experience in Landscaping, Construction, Interiors, Building Materials, Architecture, or Real Estate will be preferred.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel across Bangalore.

* Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Performance Expectations

* Achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets is mandatory.

* Performance incentives will be paid based on achievement of sales targets and business generated.

* The employee’s performance will be reviewed regularly based on target achievement, lead conversion, client acquisition, and overall contribution.

* Consistent failure to achieve agreed performance targets during the review period may lead to corrective action, including discontinuation of employment, as per company policy.

* Candidates should be committed to delivering results and contributing to the company’s growth.

Salary & Benefits

* Fixed Salary: ₹45,000–₹60,000/month (Based on experience)
