Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms, focusing on optimizing performance and achieving measurable results. Responsibilities include running paid ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve ROI. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing strategies is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
• Strong expertise in Analytics tools (Google Analytics, other performance tracking tools)
• Skills in Campaign Management, Budget Handling, and Bid Analysis
• Experience with Data Analysis, A/B Testing, and Optimization techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various teams
• Proficiency with Strategy Planning, and delivering audience-specific insights into action-oriented marketing campaigns
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree relevant field
• Experience in marketing project or managing experimental approach innovative or scalable projects helpful added preference to consideration deliberations
