Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across multiple residential properties. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance activities, manage vendor performance, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and cost-effective maintenance solutions.

This role requires a proactive professional who can efficiently manage field operations while maintaining accurate reporting and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end maintenance operations across assigned residential properties.
• Review maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Allocate work to vendors and monitor service quality and timely completion.
• Conduct regular property inspections and quality audits.
• Supervise civil, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and finishing works.
• Verify completed work and approve maintenance completion reports.
• Monitor repair costs, material usage, and vendor invoices.
• Identify recurring maintenance issues and recommend preventive maintenance solutions.
• Coordinate with tenants, property owners, and internal teams to resolve maintenance concerns.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Support budgeting, vendor evaluation, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures.
• Candidate ProfileDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in property maintenance, facility management, construction supervision, or real estate operations.
• Strong knowledge of civil, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and finishing works.
• Experience in vendor management and maintenance coordination.
• Good understanding of repair estimation, material management, and cost control.
• Ability to supervise multiple maintenance activities simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with regular field visits across Bangalore.
• Proficiency in using smartphones and basic reporting tools.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
