Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase patient enquiries and appointments.
  • Manage the clinic's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create engaging content, including posters, reels, videos, and patient awareness campaigns.
  • Coordinate with doctors to develop educational healthcare content.
  • Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
  • Improve the clinic's online visibility through SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Monitor online reviews and respond to patient feedback professionally.
  • Manage the clinic website and update service information regularly.
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers when required.
  • Generate quality patient leads while maintaining the marketing budget.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and healthcare advertising guidelines.
