Job Description: Trueo Naturals Private Limited is looking for a sincere and experienced Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, billing, banking, documentation and coordination with auditors/consultants.

The candidate should be responsible, honest and capable of independently managing accounting work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally/accounting software
• Sales, purchase, receipt, payment and expense entries
• GST working, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B data preparation and reconciliation
• TDS/TCS working and compliance support
• Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
• Vendor and customer account reconciliation
• Invoice preparation, e-way bill and accounting documentation
• Maintain bills, vouchers, agreements and statutory records
• Prepare basic MIS, receivables and payables reports
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, management, vendors and customers
• Assist in payroll and employee expense/reimbursement records

Requirements

• B.Com/M.Com or relevant accounting qualification
• Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and basic income tax compliance
• Experience in manufacturing/trading/export/FMCG/nutraceutical industry will be preferred
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Should be honest, punctual and looking for long-term growth
