Job SummarySDM Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead EV Charging Infrastructure projects across India. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of EV charger installation projects while ensuring quality, safety, budget control, and client satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end EV charging infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, government authorities, and internal teams.
• Conduct site surveys and review technical feasibility.
• Prepare project plans, BOQs, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Manage electrical, civil, networking, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Track project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Prepare project reports and update management regularly.
• Resolve project-related issues and escalate critical matters when required.
• Support business development teams with technical inputs and project estimations.
• Maintain documentation, approvals, and handover records.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in EV Charging Infrastructure, Electrical Projects, Solar Projects, or EPC Projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel across India.
