Job Description

Reporting To:Warehouse Manager / Logistics Manager / Operations Head


Warehouse MIS Management


  • Warehouse MIS ManagementPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse MIS reports.
  • Maintain stock movement records (Inward, Outward, Transfer, Returns).
  • Update ERP/WMS with real-time warehouse transactions.
  • Generate ageing reports for inventory.
  • Ensure physical stock matches system stock. 


Reporting & Dashboard PreparationGenerate reports such as:

  • Daily Dispatch Report
  • Stock Summary
  • Pending Dispatch Report
  • Open Order Report
  • Material Movement Report
  • Damage Report
  • Return Material Report (RMA)


CoordinationCoordinate with:

  • Sales
  • Operations
  • Transporters
  • Warehouse Team
  • Customers (for dispatch status)


Maintain records of:

  • GRN
  • Invoices
  • E-Way Bills
  • LR Copies
  • PODs
  • Stock Transfer Notes
  • Material Issue Notes
  • Gate Passes
