Job Description

  1. Manage daily logistics operations and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of P&G products.
  2. Handle Meesho orders, including order processing, tracking, returns, and issue resolution.
  3. Maintain stock and inventory records and coordinate with warehouse teams for smooth operations.
  4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel and IDS software.
  5. Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis, and report preparation.
  6. Handle data management, order tracking, and operational reporting through IDS tools and systems.
  7. Coordinate with distributors, transporters, and sales teams for timely order fulfillment.
  8. Maintain proper documentation of invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and POD records.
  9. Monitor pending orders, delivery status, transporter performance, and provide operational support.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting standards, and smooth logistics coordination.
