Job Description

Job Title: HR cum Admin Executive


Location: SIDCO Industrial Estate, Thirumazhisai, Chennai

Department: Human Resources & Administration

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 2–5 Years



Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and organized HR cum Admin Executive to manage recruitment, employee administration, and office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, maintaining HR records, and handling day-to-day administrative activities. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities


Human Resources

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-up.
  • Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and absenteeism.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave data.
  • Handle employee grievances and coordinate employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.


Administration


  • Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
  • Maintain office records, registers, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor office supplies and stationery inventory.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, courier services, and housekeeping activities.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and infrastructure.
  • Assist management in administrative and operational tasks.
  • Support statutory and compliance-related documentation as required.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
  • MBA (HR) or PG Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
  • Experience in recruitment and employee management is mandatory.
  • Experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Salary Range


₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depending on experience and qualifications)
