HR Executive – Factory at Chennai
Location:Perambur,Chennai
Male candidates only
Experience: Minimum 2–5 Years as a HR executive in Factory/Manufacturing industry.
Qualification: MBA HR / MSW / PG Diploma in HR
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive to support factory HR operations, including time office management, workforce administration, logistics coordination, and employee management. The role requires strong administrative skills, employee handling capability, and coordination with production and plant teams.
Key Responsibilities
Time Office Management
- Maintain employee attendance, shift schedules, leave records, and overtime data.
- Monitor biometric attendance systems and prepare attendance reports.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate employee records.
People Management
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
Logistics & Administration
- Coordinate employee transportation and related logistics.
- Manage contract workforce deployment and attendance.
- Liaise with vendors for transport and facility-related requirements.
- Support factory administration activities as required.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Assist in recruitment and joining formalities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Generate HR MIS reports and support audits.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Factory HR / Plant HR.
- Experience in Time Office Management is mandatory.
- Knowledge of attendance management, payroll inputs, and labor compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with shop-floor employees and supervisors.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR records management.
