Job Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients independently

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and other channels
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Drive end-to-end recruitment closures
• Consistently achieve assigned monthly targets
• Target & Performance Expectations:This is a 100% target-driven role
• Minimum target: 10–15 successful recruitments per month
• Candidates exceeding 15 closures will be eligible for additional high-performance incentives

Key Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition (preferably in recruitment or consultancy)
• Proven ability to generate clients independently
• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
• Good negotiation and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Target-oriented and self-driven mindset
• Willingness to handle field work along with work-from-home setup

Immediate joiners preferred

Freshers are not eligible

Salary & Incentives: Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

• Incentives based on number of successful closures
• Additional incentives for exceeding monthly targets
• Performance-based bonuses for consistent achievers

Working Details:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Type: Work from office and work from home
