Store Incharge

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Store Keeper / Counter Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory records, and dispatch activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records of raw materials and finished goods, handling material movement, and updating reports in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain stock and inventory records of all materials.
• Handle inward and outward entries of raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage dispatch and receipt of materials and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain daily records of material dispatch, receipts, and stock balances.
• Prepare and update Excel reports for all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the production, sales, and dispatch teams for material requirements.
• Manage counter operations and assist with material issuance.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of materials in the store.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to stock movements.

RequirementsBasic

• knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic computer operating skills.
• Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to maintain stock reports and handle store documentation efficiently.
• Prior experience in store or inventory management will be an added advantage.
