Job Title: Finance Executive / Finance Analyst
Location: Pune
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Finance professional who understands financial operations, fundraising processes, finance terminology, and balance sheet analysis. The candidate should be able to support financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and support fundraising activities and financial documentation.
- Analyse balance sheets and financial statements.
- Work on financial reporting and basic financial planning.
- Maintain and interpret finance-related data and terminology.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial information and reporting.
Requirements:
- MBA in Finance.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of finance concepts and balance sheets.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
