Job Description

  • Installation and configuration of printers and related devices
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in printers
  • Preventive and breakdown maintenance of printers
  • Support for passbook printers, barcode printers, scanners, and multifunction devices
  • Coordinate with clients for service calls and issue resolution
  • Maintain service reports and installation records
  • Handle replacement of spare parts and consumables
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support
