Job Description
Position: Office Peon
Department: Administration
Reporting To: Admin Manager / Office Manager
Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Peon to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, handling documents, assisting staff with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect documents, files, and parcels within and outside the office.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic office tasks.
- Handle banking, courier, and other outdoor office-related work when required.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and pantry items.
- Support office staff in routine administrative activities.
- Open and close the office as per company requirements.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th Pass / SSC.
- Prior experience as an office peon, office assistant, or helper is preferred.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and outdoor errands.
