Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Keep records of visitors and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist with other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
