**India Travel etc** is a Jaipur-based B2B India tour operator, designing and delivering personalized

India tour programmes for travel agencies and tour operators across Europe, US & UK. We're growing our

Jaipur team and looking for a **Hotel Reservations Executive** to join us in the office.

### About the role

You'll own hotel bookings from confirmation to departure — working directly with our hotel partners,

keeping every reservation accurate, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks before a guest

arrives. It's a detail-driven, coordination-heavy role at the heart of how we deliver a smooth,

reliable experience to the agencies we work with.

### What you'll do

- Book, confirm, and reconfirm hotel reservations against approved quotes and rate agreements, ahead

 of every departure.

- Liaise directly with hotel partners on availability, rates, room categories, and special requests.

- Catch and flag any rate or availability mismatch before a booking is confirmed to a client or agency.

- Keep our hotel rate records up to date and support periodic supplier rate negotiations.

- Coordinate with the operations and production team so booking status is always visible and current.

### What we're looking for

- **At least 2 years of experience** in hotel reservations, a travel agency reservations team, hotel

 bookings, or the wider tourism/hospitality industry.

- **Fluent English**, spoken and written — this role interfaces directly with hotels and our

 international agency partners.

- Based in Jaipur, or willing to relocate and work from our office.

- Sharp attention to detail — a missed reconfirmation affects both guest experience and our margins.

- Comfortable coordinating across a small, fast-moving team.
