Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles
  • Source potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.


Eligibility:

  • 0 – 2 years of experience into Technical Recruitment
  • B.E/B.Tech or any recognized graduate degree
  • Excellent communication skills and energy levels
