Job Description
Role Overview
You will be the voice of Gogo Cabs — the first point of contact for our driver partners and customers. Your primary job is to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve queries, run follow-ups, and keep our operations running smoothly on the ground. Beyond calls, you'll handle day-to-day system work — updating records, tracking status, flagging issues — that keeps the backend clean and reliable.

What You'll Do
Core Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from driver partners — onboarding queries, trip issues, payment concerns, and general support
Make outbound follow-up calls to drivers for document verification, ride confirmations, and pending actions
Follow up with customers on booking confirmations, complaints, and feedback
Log call outcomes accurately in internal systems (CRM / ops dashboard)
Escalate unresolved issues to the right team member promptly
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure trip fulfilment and reduce gaps
System Work
Update driver records, trip statuses, and verification flags in the backend
Maintain follow-up trackers and ensure no lead or issue falls through the cracks
Support the team during peak hours with data entry, status checks, and internal coordination
What We're Looking For
Fluency in English (mandatory) and at least one of Malayalam, or Hindi
English communication sufficient for internal reporting and written updates
Clear, calm, and confident phone manner — you don't get rattled easily
Basic computer literacy — comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and learning new tools
Reliable, punctual, and self-driven — we're a lean team and accountability matters
Prior experience in tele-calling, customer support, or field coordination is a plus, but not mandatory
