We are expanding our B2B partnerships across Bangalore and are looking for dynamic professionals to drive business growth.
Position Overview
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding INurse Healthcare's presence across hospitals, clinics, healthcare institutions, residential communities, and other B2B segments. This role requires a proactive, target oriented individual who can build relationships, identify opportunities, create business development strategies, and convert leads into active business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, rehabilitation centers, physiotherapy centers, and healthcare institutions.
Approach apartments, gated communities, senior living communities, and old-age homes for partnership opportunities.
Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Relationship Management
Meet Doctors, Physiotherapists, Hospital Administrators, Nursing Superintendents, Clinic Owners, and Healthcare Decision Makers.
Establish long-term business relationships with referral partners.
Conduct regular follow-ups and partnership meetings.
Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
Field Sales & Market Development
Conduct regular field visits across Bangalore.
Represent INurse Healthcare at healthcare events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Expand business presence in targeted geographical areas.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop and execute B2B marketing initiatives.
Coordinate physical and digital outreach campaigns.
Generate awareness about INurse Healthcare services among target organizations.
Support promotional activities and brand-building initiatives.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate closely with Sales, Recruitment, Operations, and Administration teams.
Ensure smooth conversion of leads into active deployments.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
Track conversion ratios, revenue opportunities, and partnership outcomes.
