• Handle billing, customer queries, and after-sales support.
• Assist with stock management and inventory checks.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic billing/POS knowledge is an added advantage.
