Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting real estate projects, and driving sales growth. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and market research skills to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels including referrals, digital marketing campaigns, networking events, and cold calling.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and agreements with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare periodic sales and business development reports.
