Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation and maintenance of quality standards across all stages of production

• Conduct regular inspections and audits for bath fittings, faucets, and sanitary ware products

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications

• Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Collaborate with production and design teams to improve product quality and processes

• Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records

• Handle customer complaints related to product quality and ensure timely resolution

• Drive continuous process improvement and cost optimization related to quality

• Lead, manage, and mentor the quality team to ensure efficient operations and performance

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong product knowledge of bath fittings, faucets, and sanitary ware

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in the bath fittings / sanitary ware industry

• Proven experience in quality control and assurance
