Job Description
Client Counseling: Assess client profiles, education, and travel history to determine suitable visa categories (tourist, student, work).
- Documentation Support: Assist clients in preparing, reviewing, and organizing necessary documentation, including visa application forms, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Visa Application Filing: Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and VFS centers to submit applications and track progress.
- Interview Preparation: Conduct mock interviews and prepare clients for official visa interviews.
- Updates & Compliance: Stay current with changing immigration regulations and embassy requirements to provide accurate advice.
- Sales and Marketing: Actively turn prospective inquiries into clients and achieve sales targets.
