Job Description
Position: Tele caller & Counsellor – Immigration Services
Location: SCO 411-412, SECTOR 35C, CHANDIGARH
Employment Type: Full Time Job
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Telecaller with a background in the immigration sector to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in client engagement, providing accurate information, and supporting potential clients throughout their initial inquiry process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and explain our immigration services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide detailed, up-to-date information on various immigration programs and eligibility requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the customer database.
- Schedule consultations and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Address client concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets related to calls and conversions.
