Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Immigration Counsellor to assist clients with immigration, work permit, study visa, visitor visa, and permanent residency applications. The successful candidate will guide clients through the immigration process, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel clients regarding immigration options, visa categories, and eligibility requirements.

Conduct detailed assessments of client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.

Explain immigration procedures, documentation requirements, processing timelines, and associated costs.

Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and meetings.

Assist clients in preparing and organizing visa and immigration application documents.

Maintain accurate client records and update information in the CRM system.

Coordinate with documentation, visa processing, and legal teams to ensure smooth case handling.

Monitor changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies of various countries.

Address client concerns and provide timely solutions throughout the application process.

Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and referrals.
