Job Description
Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
* Process invoices, payments, and payroll
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting
* Ensure compliance with tax laws and accounting regulations
* Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
* Use accounting software to record and analyze financial data
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
* Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Excel
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
