Job Description

Production Scheduling: Translate sales forecasts and orders into daily, weekly, or monthly manufacturing plans.

Resource Management: Ensure raw materials, machinery, and labor are available to meet production goals.

Workflow Coordination: Liaise with procurement, design, logistics, and quality control departments to prevent delays.

Bottleneck Resolution: Monitor the shop floor, identify production inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.

Performance Tracking: Use ERP or MES systems to track KPIs like machine utilization, OEE, and on-time delivery.

Reporting: Prepare status reports to keep upper management informed of production progress and budget adherence
