Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our organization. The role involves handling customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, and building strong client relationships. Candidates with prior sales experience are required, and experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage. 

Eligibility & Qualifications

 Education: Any graduate degree

 Language Skills: Good verbal fluency in English and Hindi

 Experience: o Minimum 1 year of experience in sales o Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred 

Key Responsibilities

 Handle customer inquiries through calls and online platforms

 Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products or services

 Convert leads into confirmed sales

 Follow up with prospective clients to ensure closures

 Meet assigned sales targets and performance benchmarks

 Maintain basic records of sales activities and client interactions

 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and post-sales support 

Skills & Competencies

 Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills

 Customer-centric and professional approach

 Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

 Good time management and follow-up skills 

Technical Requirements

 Minimum computer knowledge required,

including:

Basic use of MS Office and email

Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage

Comfortable using WhatsApp and online communication tools

Preferred Attributes

 Prior experience in corporate or B2C sales

 Knowledge of travel products or services (preferred)

 Quick learner with a positive attitude
