Job Description
Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience working in MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) are preferred. Experience exclusively in MNCs (Multinational Corporations) is not preferred.
RULES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR policies and procedures, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of HR best practices to support organization’s growth and success.
