Operation Executive

Job Summary

Vedika Enterprises is looking for a dedicated and energetic Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities, client coordination, payment collection follow-ups, order management, and various operational support functions. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Complete job training will be provided by the company.

• Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities of the company.
• Coordinate regularly with clients regarding machine requirements and service support.
• Take rental orders from existing and new clients.
• Submit bills, invoices, and other required documents to clients.
• Follow up with clients for cheque collections and payment recoveries.
• Visit client sites and offices whenever required.
• Maintain proper records of client communications, orders, and collections.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth machine deployment and operations.
• Prepare and submit daily work reports to management.
• Handle CRM, registers, and operational documentation as instructed.
• Assist management in executing company policies and operational plans.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management from time to time.

• Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, WhatsApp).
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits and operational work.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn.
