Sales Counselor

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Counselor / Client Relationship Executive to guide clients, explain our services, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries.

Counsel clients and understand their health, fitness, or wellness goals.

Explain company services, programs, and packages in a professional manner.

Recommend suitable solutions based on client requirements.

Convert leads into admissions/sales through effective counseling.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Update client records and maintain accurate reports.

Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong counseling and sales closing abilities.

Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

1.5–3 years of experience in Sales, Counseling, Telecalling, Customer Service, Fitness, Wellness, Healthcare, or Beauty Industry.
