Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the complete accounting and financial activities of our business.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of day-to-day accounting, Tally, GST, invoicing, bank reconciliation, purchase and sales entries, and financial record maintenance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete day-to-day accounting operations
• Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and payment documents
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
• Handle GST-related accounting and documentation
• Prepare and maintain GST invoices and records
• Maintain proper books of accounts and financial records
• Manage customer and supplier ledgers
• Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables
• Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing
• Coordinate with CA and external auditors when required
• Maintain proper documentation of all accounting transactions
• Prepare regular accounting reports for management
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all accounting work
• Required Skills1–3 years of experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
• Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and basic taxation
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of debit and credit entries
• Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation skills
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and organized records
• Good communication and coordination skills

QualificationB.Com / M.Com / equivalent accounting qualification preferred.
