Job Description

Position : Supervisor/Shift In-charge

 

Qualification – Diploma/BE In Mechanical / Production Engineering

 

Experience – 3 to 5 years

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·      Manage end-to-end production processes for aluminum frame manufacturing.

·      Able to manage shift of 30 headcounts

·      Hands on experience in cleat manufacturing , Short frame and long frame machine.

Raw Material Knowledge - Short / Long profile and cleat dimensions.

Dimensional Drawing knowledge for the product to fabricate/machined.

Knowledge on Product changeover process.

Hands on operation of profile loading machine.

Hands on operation of cutting machine.

Hands operation of die tooling section of the machine.

Hands on operation of Stamping section of the machine.

Hands on operation of auto packing section of the machine.

Hands on operation of auto quality inspection section of the machine.

Daily Production report and checklist updation.

Awareness of tool box talk and daily CLTI.

Awareness on Industrial EHS practices.
