Finance Manager

Own end-to-end finance operations for our e-commerce and offline apparel business, including accounts, payroll, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and operational controls. This role ensures financial accuracy, cost discipline, and smooth people operations as the business scales.

1. Accounting & Closures: Maintain books of accounts (online + offline)Monthly closure, provisions, accruals, and reconciliations

2. E-commerce & Sales Reconciliations : Marketplace payout reconciliation (sales, returns, RTOs, fees, penalties)Track commissions, logistics costs, discounts & credit notes Identify revenue leakage and unresolved mismatches

3. Offline Retail & Inventory: Inventory accounting, GRNs, transfers, shrinkage & valuation COGS computation and SKU-wise margin tracking

4. Payroll, Attendance & Onboarding End-to-end monthly payroll processing (salary inputs, deductions, payouts)Maintain attendance, leave and overtime records. Coordinate employee onboarding & exits (documentation, payroll setup, final settlements)Liaise with HR/admin for accurate people data

5. Cash Flow & Payments Track daily cash flow across channels Vendor payments, expense controls, and approval tracking Support cash flow forecasting and working capital visibility

6. MIS & Controls Weekly/monthly MIS: sales, margins, expenses, payroll, cash Highlight variances, risks, and cost optimization opportunities Ensure process discipline and internal controls Key Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in retail / e-commerce finance Payroll processing & statutory compliance exposure Marketplace reconciliation experience is mandatory Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Tally / Zoho / ERP)
