Senior Retail Sales Executive

Rocking Deals Circulars Economy Limited is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Retail Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with premium retail brands and possess excellent customer service and sales skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Ensure attractive visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
• Handle billing, cash, and POS operations accurately.
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain store hygiene and follow company policies and SOPs.
• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations and team coordination.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–5 years of retail sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer handling and selling skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.

Preferred Brand ExperienceCandidates having experience with premium retail brands such as ZARA, AND, Mango, Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, Apple, Armani Exchange, Blackberry, U.S. Polo Assn., Calvin Klein (CK), or similar lifestyle and fashion brands will be preferred.
