Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Please bring your own laptop.
- Identify and generate qualified franchise leads.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and business discussions with prospective new franchise partners.
- Explain the franchise business model, investment requirements, ROI, and business potential.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless franchise onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Experience in B2B or franchise sales.
- Knowledge of franchise business models and market expansion.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
