🌟 Functional Consultant Trainee – SAP S/4HANA (For the Curious & the Brave)Our SAP S/4HANA system is live — but real users don’t work the way the system expects.


We need someone who loves observing people, fixing broken workflows, and redesigning smarter ways of working.

If you enjoy solving puzzles, simplifying chaos, and using AI tools to learn at lightning speed, this role is for you.


What You’ll Actually Do

  • Watch how users really work (not how SAP thinks they work).
  • Spot friction, confusion, and inefficiencies.
  • Redesign forms, reports, and workflows to make life easier for everyone.
  • Write clean, sharp functional specs developers will love.
  • Document existing custom code so future teams don’t suffer.
  • Use AI tools to fill knowledge gaps, explore ideas, and accelerate your learning curve.
  • Who You AreYou think logically and write clearly.
  • You’re not afraid to say, “This can be better — let’s redesign it.”
  • You know the basics of SAP GUI, ABAP, CDS, ALV, and HANA tables.

You learn fast, especially with AI as your co‑pilot.


You want to grow into a serious SAP Functional Consultant, not just a button‑clicker.
