Field Sales Executive

Velour Fragrances is a premium Indian fragrance brand focused on creating high-quality handcrafted perfumes. As we expand our offline presence across premium retail stores, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Executive to help us grow our retail network.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and approach premium retail stores, boutiques, gift shops, lifestyle stores, and other suitable partners.
• Build strong relationships with store owners and decision-makers.
• Present Velour Fragrances professionally and close new business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain our fragrances and brand story.
• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
• Follow up with leads and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with the internal team for orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, luxury products, FMCG, or premium retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in meeting clients face-to-face and generating new business.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
