Job Title Collection Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary

A Collection Executive is responsible for following up with customers regarding pending payments, maintaining payment records, and supporting the recovery process professionally and politely. Freshers are trained in communication, customer handling, and basic financial processes.

• Key Responsibilities Contact customers through calls, emails, or messages regarding overdue payments.
• Explain payment schedules, dues, and repayment options.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates.
• Follow company policies while handling collections.
• Coordinate with internal teams for account updates and dispute resolution.
• Prepare daily or weekly collection reports.
• Ensure professional and respectful communication with customers.
• Skills Required: Good communication skills (Hindi and basic English).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling).
• Negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and targets.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Eligibility Criteria: Graduate or undergraduate (depending on company requirements).
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with BPO/customer service experience may get preference.
