Field Sales Executive

We are hiring enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to promote and sell rooftop solar systems under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. The role involves field visits, customer acquisition, explaining government subsidies, and closing residential solar rooftop installations.

• Conduct door-to-door and field sales activities in assigned areas
• Generate leads for residential rooftop solar installations
• Explain the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, including benefits, subsidies, and savings
• Educate customers on solar system capacity, pricing, and installation process
• Assist customers with registration on the national solar portal
• Coordinate with technical and documentation teams for smooth project execution
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into confirmed orders
• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/lead tracking systems

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
