Luxury Travel Consultant

We're looking for a passionate Luxury Travel Consultant who understands that exceptional travel is built on attention to detail, destination expertise, and outstanding customer service.

• What You'll DoDesign tailor-made luxury holidays across global destinations.
• Understand client preferences and create personalized travel itineraries.
• Recommend premium hotels, villas, cruises, experiences, and private transfers.
• Prepare detailed quotations and travel proposals.
• Handle bookings, confirmations, amendments, and documentation.
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotel partners, airlines, and other suppliers worldwide.
• Provide end-to-end customer support before, during, and after travel.
• Build long-term relationships with high-value clients.
• Stay updated with luxury travel trends, new destinations, and exclusive experiences.
• What We're Looking For2–8 years of experience in luxury leisure travel.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations and premium hotels.
• Experience creating customized FIT itineraries.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working with CRM and travel booking systems.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Preferred ExperienceEurope, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Maldives, Seychelles, Dubai, and luxury Indian holidays.
• Experience with luxury brands such as Aman, Six Senses, Four Seasons, One&Only, Rosewood, Oberoi, Taj, and Marriott Luxury Collection.
• Prior experience with UHNW/HNI or premium clientele is an advantage.
