Papillon is looking for passionate, energetic and career-oriented professionals to join our Events & Experiences team. This role places strong emphasis on Client Experience and Servicing and offers an exciting opportunity to work across weddings, corporate events, experiential activations and brand engagements.

Key Responsibilities·      

• Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional client experience throughout the event lifecycle.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into seamless event execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets and event documentation.
• Assist in event planning, production and operations.
• Handle client communication, follow-ups and post-event servicing.
• Support creative requirements and social media assets using Canva.
• Maintain reports, trackers and MIS using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure high standards of quality, professionalism and guest experience.

Desired Skills·      

• Excellent communication skills with good command over English.
• Strong client servicing and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Canva is essential.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Event industry exposure will be an added advantage.

Compensation·      

• Starting Salary: ₹10,000 per month.
• Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month depending on event knowledge and relevant experience.
• For deserving candidates, remuneration may be considered accordingly; however, the maximum compensation shall not exceed ₹18,000 per month.

Working Schedule·      

• Office Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM.
• Six-day working week.
• Candidates should be willing to work late evenings, early mornings, Sundays and public holidays depending upon event requirements.
• Compensatory off (Lieu Off) shall be provided accordingly.

Eligibility·      

• Freshers and candidates with event industry exposure are welcome to apply.
• Candidates based in Kolkata will be preferred.
• Only immediate joiners are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates unable to join immediately are requested not to apply.
• Personal interviews are mandatory; virtual interviews will not be considered.
