Job Description

Job Title: Associate Engineering Trainee (Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic fresh engineering graduates to join our team as Associate Engineering Trainees. The candidate will support production, quality, and process improvement activities while gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing and engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily production and engineering activities
  • Support quality inspections and documentation
  • Monitor manufacturing processes and report issues
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen
  • Help prepare reports, SOPs, and technical documents
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
  • Learn and follow company safety and quality standards

Qualification:

  • Diploma – (Exclude Civil & Computer)
