Staff Nurse
Location : Suratganj, Ram Nagar, Dariyabad and Tikaitganj in Bara banki district, Uttar Pradesh
CTC : INR 8000/- INR 10000/-
About MedoPlus :
MedoPlus Services Pvt. Ltd. is a health-tech company dedicated to facilitating the healthcare journey of all. Presently, MedoPlus connects people with recognized and qualified doctors and specialists, auto connects to recognised partner labs and hospitals as needed, and manages health records of patients thorough a specially designed MedoPlus App. To assist villagers unable to use the App themselves, MedoPlus sets up a network of village-based healthcare assistants called Medo MITR who guide the villagers to appropriate doctors, labs and hospitals using the MedoPlus App.
Already, 550+ doctors, specialists, labs and hospitals in central UP districts are working on MedoPlus platform and MedoPlus has established a network of MedoMITR in 500+ villages. MedoPlus has successfully completed more than 1.5 lakh health transactions.
MedoPlus was declared winner of the FICCI Healthcare Excellence awards 2024, Bharat Artha awards 2024, and Swiss Re Foundation, Zurich, award in 2023 for its services.
MedoPlus has its own physical Clinics in Barabanki district of UP. Each clinic offers services of OPD, medicine dispensation, instant lab tests for major parameters, sample collection, health insurance, health loans, Ayushmann services, etc. Each Clinic will be supported by full time nurse, pharmacist, optometrists and phlebotomist. Each Clinic will offer OPD consultations and treatment by a Physician, Gynaecologist, Paediatrician, Dentist and an Optometrist on a rotation basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and nursing support for patient care and assist doctors in their duties.
- Identify and address any issues that could enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Monitor patients’ progress and promptly inform doctors of any changes in condition or medication needs, based on available health records.
- Use the MedoPlus App to accurately record diagnoses, prescriptions, and procedures.
- Manage inventory and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
- Perform any additional tasks as instructed by the attending doctors.
Qualifications and Experience needed
·
Bachelor of Science or Diploma in nursing/paramedic
support with registered nurse or paramedic license
· 2+ years’ experience nursing/paramedic support in a hospital
· A pleasant and compassionate personality with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and be a team player
