Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the Tele Sales/Admission Counsellor team.
- Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-up by the team.
- Track daily sales activities and registration conversions.
- Guide the team in achieving admission and revenue goals.
- Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.
- Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train and motivate team members to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with management to implement sales strategies.
- Maintain reports and ensure accurate CRM updates.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission process.
Eligibility
- Gender: Female
- Age: 27 to 35 years
- Experience: 3 to 10 years in Sales & Team Handling
- Experience in Real Estate, Banking, Matrimony, Insurance, or Education Industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel and CRM tools is an added advantage.
