*Role:* Store Manager


*Responsibilities:*


* Manage daily store operations.

* Handle inventory and stock.

* Lead and supervise the store team.

* Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch.

* Maintain store hygiene and safety.

* Monitor store performance and productivity.

* Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth functioning.


*Requirements:*


* Graduate (preferred).

* 2–5 years of experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, or FMCG.

* Good leadership and communication skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

* Ability to work in rotational shifts.
