Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee and manage the complete accounting function of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
• Develop and present periodic MIS reports
• Monitor financial performance
• Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of compliance records.
• Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities for assessments, notices, and audits.

Treasury & Working Capital Management

• Manage cash flow planning and ensure availability of adequate funds for business operations.
• Handle banking relationships, fund management, loan documentation, and financial negotiations.
• Ensure effective utilization of financial resources and compliance with banking covenants.
